The task was to seamlessly transform an old kitchen space into a functional and stylish laundry room while preserving the existing cabinetry. The client, having grown up in this house, was keen on maintaining certain nostalgic elements.
Our task involved everything from tearing down the remaining plaster and installing upgraded lighting fixtures to creating washer-dryer connections. Battling floor irregularities, we successfully leveled it before starting with the new floor installation. The significant highlight of this project was constructing a custom-made washer and dryer cabinet in our woodworking shop and installing it professionally onsite.
Our team seamlessly blended new elements like the trim and shiplap accents with pre-existing structures, thereby striking a perfect balance between nostalgia and modern-day chic.
