We at Simkins and Son’s Renovations and Repairs recently completed a unique basement stair installation project in Moorestown for one of our long-time clients. Our client had recently waterproofed their basement, including the installation of a new French drain system. During this remodel, the existing basement stairs were removed and necessitated replacement due to extensive wear and tear.
To ensure maximum fit and durability, our team first conducted a site visit to extract the necessary measurements. We integrated these measurements into a 3D model to acquire an accurate representation of the space. Utilizing this model, we fabricated and installed a new set of durable and functional basement stairs, providing our client with renewed access to their basement.
