We were recently contacted by one of our loyal customers for a small toilet installation project. Our client provided the toilet, while Simkins and Son’s Renovations and Repairs supplied all necessary materials. Beginning with shutting off the water and ensuring the shut-off valve integrity, we then drained and removed the existing toilet. After cleaning the toilet flange and surrounding areas, we confirmed its levelness. Once verified, we installed a new wax seal, set and leveled the toilet, and fitted a new water supply line.
