Recently, Simkins and Son’s Renovations and Repairs had the privilege of serving a client located in Moorestown, NJ, who required some drywall repairs. Our job was to fix several issues surrounding a ceiling fan. We began a drywall repair by preparing the site carefully, removing the existing ceiling fan, and taking out the damaged drywall. A new, solid ceiling fan bracket was put in place, followed by fresh drywall installation. The fresh drywall was then taped, spackled, and smoothed for a polished finish.
